Launched in September 2023 as the first homes on Palm Jebel Ali, the Beach Collection places 5 and 6 bedroom villas of 7,316 to 8,553 sq ft directly on the sand. Ground-plus-two layouts include a private pool with sea views, a lift, a rooftop lounge, a study, a maid's room and parking for two cars.
The October 2025 release added six new styles by SAOTA, WATG, LOCI, NAGA Architects and LW Design, sized between 7,500 and 8,500 sq ft. Every villa reaches the beach through pocketed waterfront parks.
